The following transmission channeled through Commander Alexandriah Stahr from Commander Ashtar of the Ashtar Command – Solar Star Command giving update on updating the infra-structure of the Unversal Law of Energy Exchange.

Greetings I am Ashtar of the Ashtar Command – Solar Star Command come here today to give a “Personal, Planetary and All of Creation” update on the restructuring of your reality.  As many of you may have experienced recently mechanical issues with your car, which represent your “movement through life” and “communication issues” with your phones and computers, which represent your communications and connections to the “Greater Reality.”  We have just completed a major restructuring of these parts of reality.  There is a communication system that runs through all levels of reality and was in need of upgrading to the Christ Vibration.  Those who already communicate on this vibration would have felt the need to upgrade your communications in the form of desire to buy or upgrade your phones, internet service or computers and all related components that keep you “connected” in your world.  Follow these promptings as they represent positive and beneficial communication upgrades in your life.  When we make these spiritual changes in the higher dimensions, you will experience a corresponding impulse to make changes on the physical level.  It is a reflection of continuing accelerated evolution of consciousness on the earth and beyond.
Issues with your car are a reflection of issues with the car part that needs replacing.  Issues with the battery and alternator point to issues with energy generation, management and storage i.e. the ability to make money and hang on to it as opposed to low energy/income levels and the inability to keep reserves (battery) on hand. 

The infra-structure of “Universal Energy Exchange” is based on the principal of every transaction in life is an exchange of energy in the form of money for goods and services.  You need to “give in order to get.”  This idea is Universal Law that was distorted by Lucifer when he created the MATRIX so that he could “steal” energy that didn’t belong to him and he no longer had access to.  The MATRIX Reality way of doing things tells people that you need to “get” everything that you can at the “expense” of others.  It is the negative attitude of “entitlement” that many have that makes them think the world “owes them a living.”  This is a false belief.  Each individual should be thinking what “value exchange” can “I” bring to the world in the form of talent, labor, time, attention, products or services and how can I keep my “accounts” balanced with each person I interact with? Family and friends are a special category as we exchange love and affection for the assistance we give to loved ones but even in that we must make sure that we do not take advantage of these relationships. 

Outside of our immediate love relationships, we have relationships with the world in general and in this world it is widely recognized that money is used to exchange for labor, products and services.  This basic premise will not change after 2012.  Money is not the problem, as money only represents energy to exchange.  What is the problem is the wrong thinking in regards to money and the imbalance of that wrong thinking being reflected by those who control the majority of the resources and money in your world.  What will change is people’s perception of how to stay in balance with the Universal Law of Energy Exchange.  You need to create new ways of being fair and balanced in every potential exchange of knowledge, products and services as your personal and planetary economy goes through these changes.  It is up to each individual to evaluate themselves, clear out any wrong thinking and programming (this is what the Monthly Star Team Program Alexandriah offers is designed to do) and re-invent themselves for the new marketplaces that are emerging.  It means listening to your inner guidance and creativity and providing value exchange according to your talents and abilities. 

Let me also address the topic of paying for spiritual assistance.  Many people again feel they are “entitled” to spiritual assistance and that it should be provided to them for “free” by others who have developed their spiritual gifts and abilities. This concept is an example of wrong thinking created by the MATRIX and its creators designed to limit the influence of spiritual teachers  which states, “you have to be poor to be holy.” This was originally created as part of using religion as a form of limitation in order to keep the people “sick, poor and stupid.”  When the “New Age” caused people to go beyond the limiting religious beliefs within traditional religion, they kept their limiting beliefs about money and simply transferred them to their “New Age Beliefs” believing that spiritual healers and teachers should give their knowledge, products and services away for free.  This couldn’t be further from the truth. By giving away value without receiving in return, it devaluates the “thing” being given. It also creates an imbalance in the Universal Law of Energy Exchange and creates karma between the two individuals involved.

Many individuals have been called in recent years to spend time and money for healing and training to develop their spiritual gifts which they then offer to others. This training and development is no different than going to college to learn any other profession.  Whatever time and energy is spent in development whether it is in the form of physical training or it is in the form of time spent directly with Spirit, is entitled to be recouped when you go into professional practice.  Even if healing and teaching is a “hobby” to you, in that you have a “day job” to pay your  personal expenses, it is still unwise to “give” away anything of value in that the thing being given away is then devalued in the eyes of the receiver and the community at large and creates a karmic imbalance with the Universal Law of Energy Exchange.  In addition, when it comes to healing, healing cannot take place if the person being healed has not contributed to the process and in many cases the healing will not hold because the person being healed has nothing “invested.”  Healers have the ability to channel the energy from the Higher Dimensions to bring about change in the person receiving the healing. As such they are entitled to compensation for this service.  These services are in fact of the highest value in this time of change yet it will still take some time before this is fully realized.

Healers and Teachers  are entitled to “charge” for their products and services according to a fair value exchange just as any other person is entitled to “charge” for their gifts and talents.   Universal Law states that  “All talents and abilities are spiritual gifts and are given by God so that each individual can contribute to and exchange energy with others to provide for themselves and their families.”  In the meantime, healers and teachers do not lose heart and devalue your own gifts.  Know that you need to release your own limiting beliefs of unworthiness that translate into you not truly valuing the services that you offer to the world and may cause you to feel guilty when someone tries to “shame” you into giving something of value for nothing in return.

Yes your economic meltdown has created challenges but this is a necessary restructuring that every  individual must go through themselves and then collectively to rebuild a healthier economy that will give everyone the opportunity to provide for themselves and your families.  As I said before, money will continue to be the major medium of exchange as it is simply a portable way of exchanging energy and value.  The new ways of thinking about money and energy exchange are entering into your collective consciousness in the form of new energies.  Focus your time in meditation asking for this new energy to come to you and reveal itself to you.  Be open to new ways of doing business including your spiritual healing and spiritual education “businesses.”  I invite you to send your questions to Alexandriah so that we can answer them over time as we know that this subject is foremost in your minds at this time and we seek to enlighten you to new possibilities.  Know that we are restructuring your financial systems on the spiritual levels but that you must choose to restructure these systems on the physical level.  You do that by where you put your time and attention and where you give your financial support.  Give where you find value and withdraw from that which you don’t.  This is your individual right and responsibility in rebuilding the 13.13.13 Solar New Earth Reality beyond 2012.

The following transmission channeled through Commander Alexandriah Stahr from Commander Ashtar of the Ashtar-Solar Star Command on the update of the dismantling of the Cosmic MATRIX on 6.6.11 and how that is affecting the return of prosperity and abundance to the Earth.

Greetings I am Commander Ashtar of the Ashtar – Solar Star Command, formerly the Ashtar Command.

My message today is of joy and celebration as I report on the completion of our most recent activities. There has been a major shift in vibration occurring over the last couple of weeks to bring more positive and beneficial vibrations to the Earth. All dark souls continue to be removed from the Earth and those that stay have been shifted to a more neutral place. This shift will be experienced as a lifting of negativity and a willingness to change where before there was none.

Much negativity has been lifted, transmuted and requalified. Each will experience this lifting as a personal release of negativity. This does not mean that all negativity is now gone…only that the next major step has been taken. The degree that you still experience negativity is determined by where you are in your personal process of releasing old programming. Those that do intentional clearing work will experience these major shifts more directly as you are more tuned in to these vibrations. All will experience according to their ability to perceive.

I post these messages so that there is a record of our true mission and the progress being made as it progresses and so that those who are tuned into the fluctuations in vibrations can use this information to validate their personal guidance and impressions. This process has been a long and difficult time of contraction and recession but prosperity and abundance will soon return.

On June 6, 2011 I sent forth the message that the Duality MATRIXES from the Galactic Level all the way up to Original M/F Creator Source were being removed. In its place, the new Christed Grid System for the Earth, which was completed in April 2009, was expanded as well to replace the old MATRIX System. All humanity has been reconnected. All will experience the positive and beneficial support of Mother/Father Creator Source in the form of money once again. You will all be given the opportunity to experience prosperity and abundance according to your efforts. Renew your efforts, as they will again bear fruit.

Each is connected to the new Grid System according to your soul’s intent. Those who continue to control and manipulate the monetary system of your planet will experience more loss as the grid system will no longer respond to these manipulations and support those who take at the expense of others. Those who serve themselves will experience less return. Those who serve the Christ and their fellowman, by adding value to your world, will receive more fruit. It is all according to your souls intention and alignment. This is why all of our messages over the last couple of years have been stressing for all souls to make their choice as to who they serve. That choice will now cause all to reap what they have sewn. All is energy exchange. And since the new Grid System is made up of higher vibrations, the system will no longer support lesser vibration people and activities.

This is good news for those of you who have always served the positive evolution here on the Earth! Those who promote true value to others will be rewarded with money in exchange for their products and services and the support of your life’s experiences. Those whose products and services are inferior or damaging to people or the planet will see less and less return until their value has been depleted and removed from the Earth.

In the last several years, the lack of energetic support has caused all products and services to lose value because there was less energy in the system. This process caused many of you to lose heart as to the value of your spiritual products and services as more and more people only had money for absolute necessities. This time is passing. Now the Earth’s energetic infa-structure is being renewed so that it will support the manifestation of the new 13.13.13 Solar New Earth Reality. This reality will continue to unfold over time and the need for and value of true Christ products and services will return.

Your reality will go through another major re-distribution of wealth as your realities’ value system is re-evaluated once again. Those people who parasite off of others will find their products and services no longer of value as people make new choices based on their evolved perceptions of value. As people’s attention is withdrawn from shallow activities of say drinking and drugs, those dollars will be shifted to health and wellness. Money that is wasted on meaningless entertainment will be channeled into more worthwhile pursuits. Again, all of this will take place over time but you will be able to see the trend.

Each individual will make new choices in the years to come and this will transform your world into a more positive and beneficial reality for all. Look for those experiences, cultivate them and your personal and planetary world will unfold in new and better ways. Know that your renewed efforts will once again be blessed.

The following is a transmission channeled through Commander Alexandriah Stahr from Commander Ashtar: Significance of the Solar Eclipse 8.4.09 

Today the 13.13.13 Solar New Earth Reality steps up to its next level of vibration. The name Alexandriah Stahr is the next vibration of August Stahr just as the Solar Star Command is the next vibration of the Ashtar Command. As you know, the name of something expresses the vibration of that which it names.

All during the month of August, 2009 you will feel the pull and expansion of this new vibration…finally allowing for the new direction to unfold and express fully. The seed of this new vibration was planted on 1.1.09 of your calendar year. Although you have been feeling and sensing the presence of this new energy since the beginning of the year, you have had only glimpses of it and did not have full access to it till now. The reason for this is that your recent Solar Eclipse was the doorway to this new vibration and could not be fully accessed and experienced until this doorway was fully opened. The doorway is now open and the fullness and harvest of this new vibration is now at hand. Welcome it, relish it, step in and become it.

What this means to you on your material level, is that all of your creative ideas that have been coming to you in recent months can now take root and bear fruit. Realize that timing is everything and now is the time to move forward.
